They did everything they could to get my children taken from me. And they did. Including lying through their teeth. I did get them back. But they are rude, talk about patients and you can tell they generally don't like the patients. I'd dread going in there. Doc was always late, and you were forced to go to weekly groups, along with weekly therapy with no control over time. If you work or have responsibilities, don't go here.

First let me say. This is the worst Methadone clinic on The East Coast!!!, period. The counslers are clueless people who dont really care about the patient's that go there, & their actions prove that. Spectrum clinics are all about $$, controlling your life, & putting your sobriety & life in danger for any stupid reason. Dont go here or to any Spectrum related clinic if possible if your serious about getting/staying clean. There is a new clinic in North Attleboro that is 1 of the best I've ever been to. Only 1 meeting a month, says it all. I'd rather drive an extra 30 min 1 way. then go to this dump

I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star, all they care about is money. They DO NOT try to adhere to their clients work/home schedules; and demand you do groups on their time. Yet your paying them for your own recovery! These people are so strict and unbelievably incoherent/careless of your life and work schedule outside of treatment they would rather punish you by not dosing you or discharging you... forcing you to be sick and obviously use. The clinicians are constantly leaving/resigning and the head clinician is so stuck up and rude. Also billing dept has tried multiple times to tell me I owed over 500$ and after I called Corporate... They owed me money. Save yourself a relapse and don't go to the Milford location!

This place is horrible!!!!!!! The clinicians and nurses purposely single people out and treat them poorly. You have to call repeatedly to get in contact with anyone you need to speak to but god forbid you miss 1 netting because if you do you will be picked on for the entire time you are here. They would rather people go out and use than do their jobs and help a client. Awfullllll. Switch to Framingham where people are actually helpful. I wonder why I have 5 clinicians in 2 years at Milford. Just awful.
