Good for people needing help unfortunately security is lazy and does nothing to prevent drug deals in their own parking lot. Watched 4 deals in front of security guards and nothing was done about it. Hard to get clean with drugs being pushed in your face at a clinic.

This review is for the Milford facility but I will post it on every locations wall unitil it is acknowledged and fixed. This is absolutely disgusting how it is run. Please read all the reviews before even attempting to come to this location. I have been to other facilities prior to this one .the reviews are true in regards to Milford spectrum, they truly only care about their $-profit-$ rather then their patients well-being and health. As patients we have done what is asked of us, yet when we need help they refuse to work with their patients in any manner. The rudeness by staff is not only unprofessional but outright horrifying. We come here to better our lives not make them miserable. If you have a job and your occupation be prepared to loose it. Their groups and counslers won't let you dose if you do not listen to them or adhere to their schedule. The groups run at horrible times during normal blue collar working hours. They have no other options for this. Even if you call out with notice like they ask you to you will be penalized and either not dosed (yes they will do that) or asked to leave. They use your urgent need for sobriety as a weapon against you. Basically what it has come down to is do exactly what they say no matter how un-reasonable it may be, or else. This is absolutely disgustingly ran facility, if you choose to not head the, many, many, many, negative reviews all I can say is good luck and I hope you have better luck then the many many before you. I've been with spectrum for 3 years now. This particular building and program is the main headquarters for spectrum (I believe). 1600 clients!! And you can't please everyone. I, for one, love this place. I can sum THIS location up in one word; FUNCTIONALITY. This program at this address was built to serve a great MANY purposes, and to do it well. Great Doctors, Great Nurses, Great Clinicians, a very well educated Director and all her wonderful staff help to make this place a well rounded environment where not-so-well rounded clients can learn to build a better life. And then they see to it that their clients employ there newly learned life skills by doing what GREAT providers do; FOLLOW UP. If you or someone you love needs RECOVERY, I recommend Spectrum.

Every other week and there is no phase after 4 so you keep going until you are done with the clinic
Our hours of operation are as follows: Monday through Friday 5:30 am - 5:30 pm. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 5:30 am - 1:00 pm.
You have to get there for 5am and be ready to go in as soon as they open the doors between 5&6am.
On Thanksgiving day, all Spectrum Health Systems outpatient sites will be closed, with the exception of our 90 Merrill Rd,Pittsfield MA location, which will be open from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
For new clients, it is both Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 AM. Thank you!
The requirements for guest dosing include: • Must be present for medicating each day during the following times: Monday - Friday 5:30a -5:30p and Sat/Sun 5:30-1pm • Be prepared to show identification • Payment is required • No weapons or illicit use • No loitering or threatening behavior

Same-day admission for medication-assisted treatment is available at all of our outpatient treatment centers according to a set schedule which allows clients to complete the intake, physical exam, and toxicology requirement on the same day. If appropriate, clients may also receive their first dose of medication at that time. The entire admission process takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete. Walk-in admission is available at our Lincoln Street location on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am.

Yes they are and always will be certain days and times tho and you do have to go and be there for 5 or 5:30 am I know that for a fact but they try and get u in and out asap but from start to finish it takes up to five hours total. Hope this helps you. Good luck. It's worth it.
I don't think so I went to Milford and now I go to Worcester and have not heard anything
They used to be Mondays and Wednesdays. That is still the same, and i think they added a day. The doors open at 6 a.m. but you willwant to be there a lot earlier than that to be in line. Only a small number of people are brought up for intakes and there is always a line. Most people show up around 5, but make sure you read the rules online about hanging around on the property because they are very strict about when you can be there.
