Horrible place. Some of the workers and CNA's are not qualified to work there. 1 year ago they left my mother in law unattended and she died.

My lovely Mother has been a resident of Maple Crest Health Center for the past six years. In my opinion and experience, I have personally seen my Mother recieve excellent nursing care. Therefore, I give a 5 Star rating.

You can be a hard worker here, but if anything happens they will throw you under the bus. The leadership does not have your back when dealing with behavioral residents, which they have a lot of. They did not pay me money owed. Approx. 1500-2000k$. This place is a high risk for injury both to the resident and the care giver. Very sad.

My Mother is currently a resident. She broke her hip at this facility and recently molested by a male resident. Adult Protection Agency suggested we move her elsewhere. She is 91, in a wheelchair and has Alzheimer's. Tough for us to do at her phase in her life. Our Mother should be SAFE anywhere.

Maplecrest has the option if hospice and I have taken care of residents that either come in on hospice or are put on hospice while there. Hospice is however a separate entity from Maplecrest, but we do care for hospice residents and hospice comes in to treat, assist in cares, and provide direction.
