Everybody at this office is so incredibly nice. I came when it was not too busy which was perfect. There were 5 people ahead of me and I was in within 15 minutes. Is absolutely a wonderful social security experience.

They won't answer phones, they didn't follow through with my appointment they set up. I'm now in a financial crisis, legally homeless. Bad business. Negative bank. Something needs to change, because I'm not the only one who has been put down by this. Why?

I recently mailed in paperwork to replace my infant daughter’s social security card (we never received the original). This exact office left me a voicemail requesting that I schedule an in person appointment, bringing additional required documents with me. I have called the office multiple times a day for the previous two weeks and not one person has answered my calls. How can I get in contact with the office to schedule an appointment? Are their phones broken? Do they know how to answer phones? Do they hate helping people? Also, I mailed in my drivers license with the initial documents (which I sent over 6 weeks ago). If I am unable to get a hold of their office, how will I get that back?? How soon is too soon to take legal action? This is absurd.

How do i get a person to person appointment when I can not get a phone call through. I was told to take court papers into office and they would be sent back to me. I did this adding a return envelope with stamps. with my name and address on it. What can I do now. Its been 6 weeks now I am in need the the papers ? Please help me here.

Try it on line, first !! Good luck,, the web site wouldn't work for me!! No need to call thr local or federal # ! I have tried them both several times on hold for 18 minutes and they said they were to busy to take my call and please call back tomorrow!! Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced !! Thats not all , hear this, I went buy the Wenatchee SS Office several times and the pistol wearing security guard said it's an hour wait !! I decided to go there at 8:45 , they open at 9:00, there were already 6 people in line waiting to get in. By 9:00 there were 16 people in line before they open the door . They only had one interview window of 12 open, it was a 50 minute wait to get to talk to someone!! Good luck !!
