Great service. Kevin is the one I usually go to because he has the most experience. Knows it all. These employees work hard and they have to put up with a lot of demands/personality types from different customers. Not easy. At all! Any time you have to work with the general public it’s going to be hard. Please try and understand that when you are in there. At this store. 👍

Clerk mis read the recepient form and put Studio City as sender and recepient city in both the addresses, like anyone would pay a premium to ship something next door. Their system apparently doesn't check for invalid addresses. During the confirmation screen she let me look for 2 seconds before clicking confirm for me. Then refused to fix, even though i caught it 15 minutes after I paid when checking the tracking number. Made me call the 1800Go FedEx help number and they want an extra $20 to correct it. So if you want to pay double for incompetent service with no accountability for their mistakes, this is the place to go.
