I wanted to take my family here for a family activity. Unfortunately, I mis-booked the date for tomorrow, my bad. The person in charge told us to come back in two hours. So we drove to our house about 20 minutes away, waited, and came back. We paid for parking twice. Upon our second arrival, we were turned away and told there was no space for us. The studio manager was unsympathetic and gave us negligible coupons, even though she made us leave and come back. I would still love to go back, but am not interested in being disrespected this way again and having my time wasted.
