I´m so thankful for Vivian Daher and Rodrigo Carnevale... when I started my research in Jan/2021 about the EB2-NIW some friends referred me to some lawyers that I consulted and I didn't have much confidence and doing video searches on google I found a video by Vivian and Rodrigo about this process I found the way they were very enlightening they talked about it and I decided to schedule an interview with her, I liked it right away and all the care they have in doing everything with great care. I don't even know what to say right now I am blown away. In tears.... After over 30 years living in this country and being at the mercy of my own fears, this amazing firm helped me get my green card. The EB-2 NIW visa requires that a professional have postgraduate studies or the equivalent of a higher university degree, or a university degree of four years of study and 5 years as a professional or demonstrate exceptional ability within their field of work. However, those are not the only requirements to be eligible for this residency, so your individual case must be reviewed by an attorney before we can determine if you are a good candidate to receive permanent residence through the EB-process. 2 NIW.
