Kenneth is the worst. Just walk out if you see him. Accuses customers of postal fraud. Won't shut up. There should be no reason why anyone knows about his middle name, why his sisters have names that end with "Two Ss and an A".....you talk to much bud. Learn some professionalism. These are all separate occasions with multiple complaints to his leadership.

About the sneads ferry post office, for the most part a great experience of very kind and helpful people. But today when I saw packages on my porch I noticed 49 pounds of box put on a 3 pound box crushing some items inside! YOU DONT PUT 49 POUNDS ON TOP OF 3!!!

I always have the most courteous service at the post office. Sometimes there is a line, but not often. When there is a line, I never wait long. Everyone is very professional and yet there's still a small town post office feeling also. That's a difficult line to walk but they do it. I give them 5 stars!

Absolutely AMAZING. I would rate 6 stars if I could. They were extremely helpful. The manager Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure I received my package that was sent priority. He personally met me to ensure I got it on the day it was promised. He also helped me locate a separate package that was lost in amazons system.
