Great vacation at Topsail and beautiful location. The reservation process was smooth. Check-in easy with security codes. Property was clean. Portal very helpful that explains everything to bring and what to expect. We called a couple times through the week and quickly responded. I would use again to book our vacation.

Our stay at 2327 New River Inlet Road North Topsail was our favorite vacation to date. The beach house was breathtaking with a perfect location. We will be returning to this rental and highly encourage others to book! The Treasure Realty Guest Portal made it effortless to pay for the rental, access the keyless entry code, provide information of the attractions and restaurants around our rental, and consult a checklist of items to bring on our getaway. Treasure Realty also sent text reminders for trash day and safety reminders throughout our stay. When booking the rental, I had a question of what breed of dogs were allowed at the rental. An agent quickly and kindly responded. Our family would be more than delighted to book our vacation through Treasure Realty in the future.

My in-laws rented a condo this winter and have had a great stay and excellent customer service from Treasure. One minor maintenance issue arose during their stay and Treasure's property care team addressed it quickly. It shows that the owner loves their condo. It is very well-maintained.

The Treasure Realty Care Team was extremely responsive and polite. We required their assistance twice, once to extend our stay, and both times we received replies quickly. The texting option for contacting the care team works very well. This is why I try to only rent from property management firms, there is always someone available. Nice house. Really clean. Great beach.

Sorry to hear about your vacation. Definitely a bummer. There is a reason prices drop during hurricane season, and why the rental companies offer travel insurance for loss of use. If you didn't get the insurance, I don't think they are legally obligated to refund anything, but check your rental agreement.
