Nurse , doctor and clerical staff we’re helpful and knowledgeable! Phlebotomist was especially kind and quite skilled! Jessica Holmes really listens and she had a very nice gentleman who assisted as an intern.

Jessica and her staff were amazing at getting my daughter seen and taken care of quickly. My daughter was seen at Medac in Wilmington Sunday night for an ear infection but was not given an oral antibiotic. Jessica assessed her problem and gave the correct antibiotics. We love Jessica and her staff.

Not a good place to be a walk in. If you walk in, you will wait until there is a gap in appointments. Be sure to ask how full the schedule is before you begin the process. Giving one star because they should tell you what the expected wait time is up front.

COVID-19 tests are covered by insurance, but if you would prefer to pay without insurance, a rapid test is $45.
