In reference to previous post from 2 days ago- the police were called on the poster due to drunk driving and speeding through the park driving through sites and down walkways/ golf cart paths! - she was arrested and rightfully so!! Been here a few years and HAPPY that the park manager takes action against such behavior!!!!

If I could give it a 0 I would ! Worse campground I have ever been too very dirty and nothing to do ! If you have any fun or try then the property manager cause the police on you! Their are unkept ruts in the campground so parking your RV you get stuck ! So if I were you please stay somewhere elese fun !!!

I had the opportunity to stay at this park for 3 years. It is the most stunning setting on the intracoastal waterway. I miss my walks through the oak trees where the Spanish moss just dropped you with shade while you enjoyed the beautiful nature. I miss my mental therapy sitting on the pier watching the yachts move from the South back up North. I miss walking and speaking to the wonderful people that visit their. I was so fortunate to have one of the best lots in the park. Life has taken me in a different direction now but if I'm back this way I hope I will be welcome back. This is a beautiful park and I would recommend it to anyone. Madeline Miller

What Kip Jennings said! There are also discounted longer-term rates for 6 months and a year. You pay your own electric bill straight from the co-op, water and sewer are included. No trash pickup. You'll have to check directly with them for space availability and rates. The trailer lots are a pretty generous size by comparison.
Are there any lots for sale, with or with home on it?
No
Closest ramp is turkey creek about 5 minutes from. The rv park. You can park your boat at the dock at the park for 15 minutes.
Not at Harbor Point.
Generally yes, must be leashed and must pick up feces.
Yes, a new company did take over per my sister.
Yes they are still open. Yes they have over night spaces.
If you sign a 6 or 12 month lease its $414 to $464 per month depending on the site, you pay electric. Month to month is $724 per month which includes electric.
75:00& and up on how long you go for that in hook up sewer water line the whole nine yards
I can't speak for HPRV, but I am not aware of any. They may know of some year-round members who will rent. Best call and ask. The park is mostly made up of long-term space lessees. Hope this helps.
$75:00 a night
