The one star review is for the unsafe environment. The store is understaffed and there's no one around to help. The few employees that work there are kind and courteous, so I'd give them 5 stars because they are doing the best they can. I visited the store yesterday and today. Both times I witnessed male shoplifters. I was informed that the company staff are not to do anything about it such as calling the police. This is disturbing because it encourages thieves to frequent the store. Both men I saw looked like jailbirds. IF Joanne's Corporate does not support a safe environment for their employees and customers I don't want to support a company like that.

I only buy the fabric on sale at this store, great prices. But if you need help it might take the lady's that work there at least 10 to 15 min to help you. Other than that, it was okay.

Grants Pass store is well stocked ....why must Joann mark their items up sky high and force customers to scrounge for coupons to get the items at a cost other stores sell for to begin with? Bend over and grab your ankles!
