My friend in massive pain from injury and a VA mess up came to you for help. Only to wait 10 hours for a DIRTY room with blood on the floor!!!! BLOOD ON THE FLOOR PEOPLE!!!!!! This is basic of the basic short staffing or not! Also just ignoring people is apparently what passed as monitoring for pain levels

I wish I could give the staff who treated me a 5 star rating, but the whole process took 5 hours. There's a definite change in attitude of the staff--they actually seemed to care about providing excellent service. They are just shorthanded. Thank you Greg & staff for taking care of me.

Do not recommend this hospital if you have any sort of pediatric needs. I took my 5wk old son in at the time, who was having difficulty breathing, cough etc, they refused to test him for anything, the doctor said “well if he’s sick there’s not much we can do about it even if we did test him.” , finally got a dr to test him the third time around & he came back positive for RSV bronchiolitis and the same night was admitted to Medford hospital for 4 days. Don’t take your baby’s here, complete waste of time and they could care less. My best friend, also brought her baby in, sat in the waiting room for 3 hours just to be told to go home and also denied testing for him.

I went to the ER in the middle of the night sick and it was getting worse by the minute. They were thorough and found out I had appendicitis. Admitted me that night and did the surgery the next day to remove my appendix. The doctors, surgeons and nurses all took very good care of me and were very kind. I’m grateful they helped make my bad health experience a little easier.
