Every so often I make the money stake of shopping at bashas. I've seen some of the same employees for years. Nobody seems to go above and Beyond. Nobody seems to have true product knowledge, and the food. Well, the food. Anti caking agents in cheese, breads with dough conditioner, their "food" is so overpriced AND on top of that I couldn't fall and one thing that wasn't a fruit or vegetable by itself that didn't have non food 🥑 ingredients mixed in with the ingredients disguising it as "gourmet food" but in reality it's all trash with a nice wrap job. Bashas is where you eat trash at a premium cost, with no answers to any questions other than "what isle can I find this in?"

Times... they are a changin' THE PLUS FACTORS - The store was remodeled to physically appear more like the company's sister luxury food chain — AJs Fine Food. - The store is very convenient for those live in North Cave Creek, the Carefree Village, or Northern most parts of Scottsdale THE MINUS FACTORS - The parking is inconvenient and crowded. - The food prices are excessive expensive (like AJs). - The produce is outrageously overpriced (like AJs). - The meat department is strictly for "high-rollers" (like AJs). - The store lighting is atrociously dark (like AJs). Basically, this little, country-style Basha's grocery store was converted and cloned to be like an upscale AJs Fine Foods grocery store in order to appease the wealthy clientele who live in the highly affluent area. Local grocery shoppers, who are on an average food budget or fixed-income, will need to drive several miles for competitively-priced grocery shopping.

Super friendly staff but they were out of almost everything and their store is like put together kind of weird so it's hard to find what you're looking for

Well the shelves are very low and it's not a good store to do all your shopping in one trip. Other stores in the area are better stocked.
