Horrible experience. I am fighting my second extremely painful staph/MRSA infection at four separate vein injection points on my leg. This is the worst pain I have ever experienced. The first infection consumed my life for three months in 2020 until it finally went away. Now, I have spent the last month in pain with more infections at injection sites. I am left with permanent scars, I have paid for seven prescriptions, I have been to my own Doctor, an urgent care center, I’ve had to cancel another major surgery because the risk was too great to put hardware in my body with an infection present and I am now seeing an infectious disease doctor at the advise of USA vein clinics. All of my bills have been paid on time or in advance and yet I got a call from a collection agency persuing a $50 balance the same day I received a bill for 77k stating the my insurance company denied my treatments for the past four months. However, the nice lady that scans your legs for needed treatments-submits that result to your insurance co. They get approval and then you proceed with scheduling your treatments according to what was approved. Be prepared for phone calls hanging up on you all week to confirm your appointment… finally successfully confirm… only to receive a phone call when you’re at your appointment saying you had an didn’t show up. Repeatedly. Oh and if you don’t answer you’ll likely be charged 75$ for a missed appt. The worst medical experience of my life.

So I purchased a Groupon for some spider veins that I had in my leg and me just thinking OK I come in I get the syringe and I’m done well now I am currently sitting in the room waiting on an ultrasound to be done before I get anything else done which wasn’t explained so I put this appointment in before I had to go to work and they have no sense of time so I’ve just been sitting here for an hour waiting on a procedure that I didn’t even know was going to happen (ultrasound) so maybe a little bit of transparency would be nice. Will never return again

First visit and last visit! I was not satisfied, when I entered I just stood at the receptionist desk waiting form then to finish chatting to even greet me as I’m standing infant of them chatting and laughing. I have a few privacy concerns, I don’t like the the way they check u in, the computer is in the waiting room on the receptionist desk and they are asking questions and inputting your information in the waiting area where people are sitting so I got to hear what should have been private conversations out loud! Secondly they have 2 doors in the waiting room, one which should be closed but it remains open, so as I came out of the room from where I undressed and put on the gown they provided me with, there is someone starring at me from the waiting area as I entered my procedure and as I left the same person watching from the waiting area SMH! I did inform the doctor and young lady at the front desk but the door still remained open upon me leaving. Last but not least, instead of the Doctor asking me what was the nature of my visit today he kept asking questions about my providers and why they didn’t do this or that, making all of these unprofessional face gestures as if I was at the wrong place and he didn’t understand why!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN, what a waste of my time and money!!!!!!!!
