The presentation of this place was aesthetically pleasing. The tea was authentic. The cream was delicious. The food was there to fill you up a little bit. However, workers need to be more alert in refilling teas. All in all regardless of how many decades you are serving the public, listening to constructive criticisms might help your business compare than not listening and improving. Changes are good and inevitable, esp if they are for your advancement.

Loved this quaint elegant tearoom. The service was good and the atmosphere was devine. Come to visit from Denver and had to stop in. Reservations were hard to come by because of mother's day week but they accommodated us. What a wonderful experience for afternoon tea. We will definitely have to make sure we visit the next time I'm in town.

Fabulous English high tea experience. The place is decorated so cute with an attention to detail and clever decorating tricks. The tea choices are delicious. We got a large pot of SOHO (divine flavor) and their traditional English scones with clotted cream taste just like they came from London. Finger sandwiches and other sweets were delicious as well. The owner is terrific and cares about her business and it shows. She was there working just as hard and alongside her employees.

An absolutely perfect place for a special celebration! Jo and her team provided such exceptional service and the teas & treats were scrumptious. I called and asked to add on a special birthday cake, which they did an OUTSTANDING job with! We were completely blown away by it all and can’t wait until we can go back again!
