Social Security Reps are the worst customer service and unproffesional agents I've dealt with. I give out confidential information to rep who goes no where with my information and argues with me over something I did not request and says I can no longer assist you. I did not request payments from social security where they went too and says well I can't help you no more that's absurd. I suggest the agents get trained how to assist when people are clearly asking for help on there social security account. It happened twice contacting social security agents why hasn't this been addressed they need training and need to listen to what we're asking for and be polite about it!!!

Appointments only. No one will answer my call! I waited 2 hours. This is horrible! This is how our government serve the people? Horrible!

Almost NO one is allowed in side without an appointment. You must call in. I spent over 1 hour waiting for a answer, when i did the person didn't know how to give me help.WHAT? I asked for a Supervisor, she said she would go ask and told me to hold. 45 more minutes went by and i got hung up on. I called back and waited another 38 minutes for some one to pick up, explained all over to yet another person. She tried many things to no avail. She said she would speak to her Supervisor and call me back. Well, it's going on FOUR days. NO call back !!! If they are reading this, call me back (You have my number).

I want to know my status
Better to make an appointment but you can drop in.
They're open Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-12am , 12:30-3pm. I was there at 1:40 and it was about a 30 min wait in line. Take something to cover from the sun it was hot! Oh and also make sure you have all original documents, the security guard will ask while you wait in line.
Go to your local office with a picture ID and either a passport, a resident alien identification or a certified copy of your birth certificate. You can then order a replacement card. It generally takes about a week to 10 days to receive a new card.
No, for that ,you would have to go to the Social Security Office with verification and ID
No... Unless the business is dropping off documents.
Yes the closest one is on tully Rd and Alvin. Right next door to motel 6.
