I used to love this market as its so close and convenient to my house, but unfortunately I don't get home from work until 7 so I can no longer go due to them reducing their hours a few months ago

Very good place to find Japanese items that you will probably not find in any other store.I recommend Japanese pudding and the onigiri. The only bad thing is parking is usually hard to find. The workers are very friendly. Recommend this place if you enjoy sushi,Japanese food,or are looking for a certain Japanese ingredients
Around the World
Easy to find free parking on weekdays. Cute street to check out Japantown.

Small country store feel. Super friendly, yummy foods, a good assortment of Japanese edibles of all kinds for both locals and tourists.

Santos market next door actually has ready made poke too. Think they even have a walk up window.
Last I saw, yes.
Limited number of people allowed in store. Face masks are mandatory. Shopping carts and shopping baskets are cleaned with disinfectant. The line for customers outside of store is marked on sidewalk with blue tape every six feet for social distancing.
No they dont
I am not sure they do online orders at nijiya. If you want japanese candy delivered to you, you might be better off checking amazon for what you want. Nijiya also doesnt have an exhaustive selection but they do have really good bento for affordable prices and most staples.
They have Kawai Kookies. I haven't seen CookKwees there but I wasn't looking for them either.
