Service member on the phone was rude and condescending. I called them at 2022/7/14. The phone person clearly cared more about their procedures and rules than keeping a customer happy and taking responsibility for their screw-up. "We didn't have your phone number on file, so we weren't able to reach you, so we closed the issue." Thanks, you asked me for my phone number EVERY TIME I CALLED IN THE LAST WEEK.

The dumping furniture pickup is normally picked up when GT indicates, but because illegal dumpers just dump anywhere, it adds on to the pick up order. GT only picks up what is called in. Proactive drivers helps, sometimes they got them, sometimes they don't.....

I work for a property manager as a maintenance coordinator. I was calling today to change a particular property into my company's name. 1st time I tried to call around 10am I waited for 30 minutes and the call pushed me through to a vm without connecting me to a person. 2nd call I waited 15 minutes and the person who answered dropped the call as well. They need to spend some money on hiring more people to answer phones. This should not be that difficult

We don't always take the time to share the good experiences ... So I wanted to acknowledge the Tuesday recycle truck Driver in our San Jose neighborhood. I think it's truck number 951! He is very professional, always smiling and our babygirl is his first fan :). She can never miss his weekly pickup. The only problem is that now we can't plan anything for our Tuesday mornings 😂.
