VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I politely told the lady over the phone I couldn’t hear her and she then proceeds to yell in my ear and say, WHAT TIME WOULD YOU LIKE TO DROP OFF YOUR TV! This behavior is unacceptable and they will not be hearing from me again.
