I was so happy to walk in the door to have Brice and Sandra both happy to meet me and help me. It was a great experience. Seems everyone today is so negative and mean. Not the case here. Very interested in my needs and willing to help even if it was finding me something closer to home. I will definitely be back and drive further to do business with good people!

I had an awful experience with this company. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I am a college student who was needing a place to store my furniture for the summer while I was back home for school. When I returned to move into my new apartment, I came back to a water flooded unit with multiple damaged and moldy items. It turns out the storage unit I was given was faulty and had multiple holes in it, allowing water to run in anytime it rained (pictures are attached of unit 251). Accidents happen but what made this experience awful was those running this location. When I talked to them about what happened, they barely apologized. Also, since I am a college student, I don't have a reliable place to throw any of my furniture away. When asked if they would be able to let me throw my furniture away at their on-site dumpster, they essentially told me I'm on my own. Given that it was their faulty unit that caused my problems, I figured I would at least get some sort of help but it is apparent that this location doesn't care about their tenants. I felt incredibly disrespected and, after reading other reviews of this location, I am not the only one who felt this way after dealing with those working here. They also don't offer prorated rates and even though I moved out on the DAY my new bill started, I had to pay a full months worth of rent. Overall, I am incredibly displeased with this experience and strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
