The first time I came in I was helped in the print center by a young lady that was very helpful, she was able to get all my needs meet before they closed. I decided to revisit this location because I had such a good experience the time before, unfortunately a different young lady was working in the print center did not give me the same experience, I was told "i know what I am doing" multiple times and had to come back 4 times to get my print orders corrected. The 4th time was a long line in the print center with no one helping the same women that helped me. I asked for a manger because I did not want to wait over 30 mins for something that was simple and should have been done the first time. THE MANGER NATHAN lacks empathy and sympathy. I advised him my situtation he did no not speak and seemed like he did not want to address the situtation . The manager nathan does not want this job and acts like he want to be cashier . Please Staples give this positions to some who actually wants it ..

This was my favorite location I love the ladies that work there. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately the same can not be said for Nathan. He was not able to help me or offer any alternate solutions. Very disappointed, Nathan’s behavior and his lack of customer service made this experience unbearable.

It's never busy. Very nice and organized. You're greeted at the door, they don't hover. The carpet needs replacing.
