I had a fitness watch. I wanted to change the band. In my attempt the screws got stripped! It was frustrating bcuz I'd just purchased watch. I left it with this business w/o a promise of ability to fix. Well, I'm super happy! They fixed it!!

I went in for crystal repair on 2 of my watches with 1 having some of the crystal fall into the mechanics of the watch. Ulises was very professional and was able to fix 1 watch same day, with the other taking less than 48 hours. Both came out like brand new and honestly would compare his work with some of the better jewelers in Scottsdale, but for a quarter of the price. Would recommend this place to anyone for minor or major jewelry repairs.
