Like many arizonans we frequent fry stores from across the valley. I've been to this Fry's store a few times but this post is out of sheer overwhelming upset. I wanted coleslaw for family birthday dinner. Fry's had a extremely small tub for $6 in one of their cases and I was like that's absurd I'm not going to buy that. Then they had a Fry's brand tub for $2.99 in another cooler rack. Long story short, several people at this family gathering got sick after eating the coleslaw. Several people upon bringing the coleslaw to their mouth recognized that something was wrong and did not eat it. My wife came to me immediately after picking up a fork full of this stuff and said something's not right with this. I'm not joking at all. Major issue. Major problem with Fry's brand food. After I smelled it I was like oh my God I cannot believe they they sold this to me. How embarrassing. I'm sure that there are some food safety laws against this. I served this an hour after buying it from the store.

Over all the store is quite well amazing loving little courtesy clearks and employees but the store needs more positivity tell management to listen when an employee speaks out it breaks my heart to see anyone working there sad

I just started shopping at this Fry's that is located on thunderbird rd and 35th Ave. They have some of the rudest employees that work at that location. One of the guys that works in the self serve check-outs is the worst person that I have ever felt with. One day I asked him what the code was for the limes and he told me look it up yourself just type in the name of the product then he told me how to spell the item LIKE I didn't know how to spell lime. He's the guy that has a reseading hair line and wears glasses and he is short in stature avoid him at all cost.

Its usually a good store for employees but over the years and years you realize the store is horrible compared to others. Example just yesterday I went to purchase seasonal 50% off products I go to the checkout and sure enough they NEVER ring up correct, you have to take time to go check the tag, i was right.and took pictures but she still did not give me the 50% off. Weights and measures need to go to this store. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS they are 90% wrong. Pathetic you have to shop and be denied the sale price and check the prices as they ring up. The meat dept. Is thw worse for quality of meat. Go to Safeway for much better meat. Check expiration dates on beverages i have bought some and they were Expired! I finally called corporate as local location did nothing to resolve corporate also said ih the product must have not been on sale as the sticker is there and the sign. Uneeded drama, stress at this store. But if you are ok with false pricing, bad meat, horrible bakery. Then your good here.
