Had to empty my vanilla iced coffee on the first sip!! Disgusting!! I was literally drinking sips of pour sugar and felt it in every sip ! Customer service is really bad lately!! And after reading a comment about mold in the ice machine I will never stop by this location ever!! Too bad since it’s really close to school and was a great option to stop by and get donuts for the kids before school!! Will be taking my money somewhere else instead.

This place gets my order wrong almost every single time. I would say that 1 out of every 5 times, it's actually correct. They are very rarely made the way the receipt details. It's as if they quickly glance at the order, then decide to wing it and make it however they want. Zero competence.

I am a daddy of two daughters and hold a high value when it comes to spending quality time with them. Dunkin' Donuts is one of the places I go to uphold this tradition. Every time we come here the customer service is fantastic, the doughnuts are always fresh and more importantly we get exactly what I look for...a happy belly and more good memories!
