This used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to in the mornings before work but last time I went they messed up my order and a girl with colored eyes snatched the label out of my hand and got mad because my drink had to be remade, so now when I go in, a girl named mia and her friend with the colored eyes give me dirty looks and giggle and give attitude and don’t even work on my order.

Rude little girls here in the morning they made my drink wrong and got all mad when they had to remake it. I paid 7$ for this cup and I’m not gonna drink something that was disgusting because they put the wrong ingredient in it. There was no reason for it too because I was super nice about the mixup, it’s early, people make mistakes but they were so disrespectful. The girl making my drink went on her break during the process so it was just sitting there on the counter for a while. As I walk up to say something the other girl finishes it but so slowly, I couldn’t believe it like she knew I was standing right there. Plus when she was finished, she placed it on the rack for mobile orders when I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE. I couldn’t believe how I was treated, but tbh I feel like 95% of employees who work for all fast food/coffee places in Laveen are just filled with ill-mannered little kids who don’t know anything about common courtesy, just how to give attitude. If I could give no stars, I would.

Friendly service, and they didn't mind answering my questions about the drink I was ordering. Ive been ordering a specific drink "with oatmilk" at other locations and this was the first Starbucks to tell me that the drink was actually dairy based and that what I was requesting was just getting me oatmilk added to the dairy... They were nice and cheerful and didn't get upset about me walking on their freshly mopped floor. Drink was perfect. Would come here again. Good starbs.

I love this Starbucks, I’m glad it’s not a drive thru. All the Starbucks drive thru never get my drinks correctly. I used to work at a Starbucks myself, although it’s convenient to have a drive thru. I prefer picking up my drinks and tasting them to make sure they are made right.
