Extra caramel iced coffee tastes like just coffee. Chai latte taste like plain milk and lite ice matcha had extra ice. Not the first time I've been disappointed here

I used to live in this area and went to this location often but stopped due to quality and too long of lines. We are back here visiting, from out of town this week, bought our usuals and the taste was absolute trash. 3 years later and I am reminded once again why I stopped going to this location. Threw the drink down the drain. Waste of money.

This store was one of the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The store wasn't that big but it looked very neat. One of Baristas, James welcomed my husband and I. We went there to use my birthday treat for me. We asked which frappucino had more chocolaty flavor with less coffee taste. James offered us java chips frappucino and also suggested that he would love to adjust the flavor for us. James also offered us water because the temperature was triple digits outside. It was nice of him to do so. I would love to recommended this store and they had a good, friendly barista like James. Bless his heart.
