Either just randomly closed or super short staff that you wait 37 minutes just for an ice coffee- 24 minutes in the lane and 13 minutes at the window without them greeting you. If you’re in a rush or need to get to work after, don’t come. You won’t be on time. If they are that short staffed they shouldn’t be open. They should shut down until they have enough people to actually run their business. I work for in n out and the work ethic difference is so low and different. They need a lot of help.

Have to say the experience was terrible. I put mobile order in for in store pickup and only drive through was available. Waited over 23 minutes in a line and I could not get out which was frustrating. When I get my order it was cold, ice melted and they were rude on top of it. When i get my order all i see are kids taking selfies with one another and talking while they have a 20 min drive thru wait. No direction of the staff and very unconcerned and dismissive of their lack of customer service. Unfortunately I will most likely go again due to location however I hope they tighten things up because the family enjoys DDs!

Slow Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life never coming to this one again all the employees were laughing while I was waiting for my food and when I even got my food it was not even cooked 32nd and cactus 1000000 times faster

Worst location ever. Ordered 2 dozen donuts at 6 am for my sons bday. Went to pick up at 730 and the order was not filled and the donuts I had requested were already gone, had the order been filled I would have gotten the requested donuts. They continued to say they were short staffed with 4 people working and only 3 customers in the shop. When I verbalized being upset calmly because my order had not been filled at the appropriate time and that now my son will not have his bday donuts, they got upset and refused to sell me the donuts for my sons bday. Management needs to be addressed in this store. I too am a manager and would never run an establishment this way, and am in fact, embarrassed for the girl working the counter, who thinks Dunkin’ Donuts is too hard of a job. I worked there when I was 16 and 4 staff members is not short staffed and you have the easiest job. Just fill a donut order on time and do your job. Oh, and don’t ruin little boys birthdays!
