For several years, I had wished I could grow a beard. Over this time, I had spent countless hours researching beard transplants to find the best place to go. Along comes Nashville Hair Doctor, who claims to have done hundreds of beard transplants. After deciding to take the plunge, I scheduled at Nashville Hair Doctor and finalized the paperwork. Since Nashville is 10 hours away, I would have to spend a couple of nights in a hotel. On the day of the procedure, Daryl seemed to be short of patience. When drawing the outline on my face, she showed little interest in listening to what I wanted. She assured me she knew what was best for a natural beard. I questioned it again as she drew it on the document and had me sign. Again, she assured me she knew what she was doing. As we were going through the process, I mentioned how I would want the beard slightly thinner towards the top and to get thicker towards the bottom. I was told this would look unnatural, and again, she knew what she was doing. During the final step of the procedure, I became very light headed and started to flush with sweat. I had to ask several times for them to let me up as I knew I would pass out if I didn’t sit up and get fluids in me. They made it seem like it was such a big inconvenience to take a break because they only had 30 minutes remaining. To be honest, I am still disgusted with the level of service I received. While making small talk with the doctor after the procedure, she noted she had a 3 hour drive to Memphis and would be driving until 10 or 11PM. Makes sense why she had no patience. At least I would get great results, right? Wrong…how is it possible to mess anything up this bad? Has anyone seen a “natural” beard with a line this straight ABOVE THE JAW LINE? That’s right, one side of my beard sits half inch above my jaw bone. I’m not sure how this could ever happen; I’m not sure if I have ever seen anything that looks this ridiculous. At least the healing process went great! Wrong…as you can see in the pictures, the transplant is still red 4 MONTHS AFTER PROCEDURE. The pictures of darker red are before and the pictures of light red are after 2 laser procedures to remove the pigmentation. Each procedure costing me $900, with the need for I’m guessing two more. I will have well over $4,000 invested just to get rid of redness caused by this procedure. I can’t even grow my beard to cover the redness because it looks so ridiculous. That’s right, I would rather walk around with the redness on my face than the beard i paid $11,000 for because it looks that bad. For a clinic that has done thousands of hair transplants, it’s kind of odd that they only have 36 reviews, all 5 star. I would bet a lot of money that they find ways to remove less desirable reviews. Turns out I did make that bet, and I lost a ton of money. I have never been so disgusted by anything in my life. I think they need to find a new service

Jessica and her assistant Lisa were absolutely fantastic! Upon my arrival, the procedure room was extremely well prepared. They introduced themselves and made feel very comfortable. They explained the entire procedure step by step, which removed all the stress i had coming in. They made sure to hear what my needs were and how to incorporate them into the procedure. They were so kind throughout the entire day, and it honestly made the procedure a pleasant experience. I cannot find the words to describe how knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I strongly recommend them both.

I had a procedure done at Bosley (aka botchley) for my first round of FUE. I just had my second and final FUE with Nashville hair doctor. Let me just say I could kick myself for not going to Nashville hair doctor the first time. Jess and her assistant Lisa, were amazing. They let me draw my hairline exactly how I wanted it. Took amazing care of me and we bonded over watching Real Housewives together lol. No pain at all. Not to mention Jess was 6 MONTHS pregnant and still was able to make it through a 12 hour surgery. Jess and lisa deserve a raise let me just say that. Don’t waste your money paying for Bosley. Nashville hair doctor is the mf T.
