I've been dealing with a issue that the police could only resolve, after talking to officer 641 at the front desk, she listened intent-fully, was polite and did everything in her power to assist in the situation. I was referred to SJPD due to the location of the incident. After waiting in roughly a 30 min line, the officer there was brash to say the least. He was unaccepting of the incident and treated me like the criminal rather than victim. Milpitas police have my respect, can't say the same currently for SJPD. Someone needs an audit.

Incompetent. The city is plagued with car break-ins and laptop thefts. These guys have no interest in solving crimes. Waiting for retirement on tax payer funded salary and perks. They were upset that I called them when my laptop was stolen and said I should have filed on the web!

I live in a utility service vehicle. When i park at mcarthy ranch. My windows stay down electronic in front. The only people to come by and snoop are the police. Please stop puting your trash papers on my car and be more eco friendly buy not printing them. Your just giving criminals ideas If i make the statment if you chang your motto back to protect and serve. Your officers might look less paranoid to some due to officers knowing the public instead just snooping about. And kids would treat you better if stoped talking down to people. Were not all criminals. When you stoped serving people for the betterment of humanity and that mean letting small stuff go you start harrasing and thats what i noticed
