Google wont let me give them a zero. If I could I would. You see people walking in after you. You ask questions and they give you the run around. Kelly very sarcastic with “shes nice” only cause i question on the follow up for bloodwork as they just kept walking

If I could leave a Zero I would . AWFUL!!!! AWFUL experience , service , everything !!!! Just had the most terrible experience with my 1 year old . They made us wait and wait and wait , to then make us come in and again wait , wait and wait . The techs walked passed us hundreds of times. And finally this two techs come in and pretty much massacred my baby’s arms !!!! Tortured him Saying “they do it all the time with babies” they were not getting any blood , were poking and poking his arms non stop, moving the needle around saying “ he isn’t in pain , he’s just screaming on top of his lungs cause he doesn’t wanna be held ! “ are you kidding me ???? It was 10 min of no stop hurting my child , like it was nothing. They obviously don’t care about anyone. I’ve never felt so violated in my entire life. Knowing it was his first time going through something like this how come they were not gently or careful ??? And then blaming ME for not holding him tight enough !!! Disgusting!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS HELL OF A PLACE !! EVER

Made a 2pm appointment online for no reason I was told I have to wait anyways & a bunch of walk ins were getting seen before me I was waiting for a LONG time & the staff continued to tell everyone that they are “short staff”

yes they do they always had I never made appointment for years just walk in and go to the nearest machine but your insurance card and take a seat and they will call you 'good luck
Its right by the lot that has planet fitness. But its very easy to miss it because of how close the two lots are.

Only if you don't like waiting. I did, and was in and out, honestly, in 23 minutes on a Wednesday morning. Time may vary by date and location.
