I just went in to E Mail, a rental application, I had no clue on how to email other than thru my phone or computer. I saw a young man Russ who I'm assuming by the puzzle look on my face came to my rescue. He was AMAZING, he showed me how to send it, also asked that I check my email to ensure I had a copy of my transaction in case it didn't go thru. Its people like Russ that are needed to work with the public, that love their job and and do it with a smile and joy in their voice , in other words he didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing how to email documents. I’ve shopped at this location several years. Never was I concerned whether I was greeted or helped; I went in found what I was looking for, paid and went on about my days. This trip started just like the rest as I’m there looking for ink, I grab some markers, and come to find out they are out of stock on the ink I need. So I leave the markers and walk out while an employee mutters something under his breath staring at me the entire stroll out. Then I get accused of pocketing the markers and some masks, which I never touched, as I’m in the parking lot. Discrimination is something I don’t take lightly no matter the circumstances. I’ve been self-employed 18 years and an avid customer until today. Thank you
