Took too long to have our order ready. Initially I was supposed to be a 20 min wait time. 40min. Later when we asked about our order they said it would be another 8 min. Because they had threee orders ahead of us. They take way tooo long!

The Wings are fire the fries on point but twice I leave heated cause they have the most ignorant and rude Cashiers, 1st visit it was a young Black lady with long braided hair and today I had a young Hispanic lady short and skinny that looked angry, she said it would be 30 for waiting time and 10 minutes later I had my food! Do they say this to have less customers, I saw 5 standing around and talking I figured lazy staff! In 2022 lazy is what you get but twice I get treated like shizzz, I can take my business elsewhere, I asked for a refill and the little unhappy employee cuts it with water, I didn't even disrespect, I wanted to go back and give her a piece of my mind but how miserable is this poor young little creature has to be, ay Dios mio, good luck to Management, I did visit a Thursday about 2 weeks ago and 2 super friendly and attentive ladies took care of me so I'm not gonna say the whole staff sucks, I'm not gonna be visiting Wingstop I'm good lol!!!

Only one guy was wearing gloves terrible food handling someone will get sick . Also decided to change the fry oil during a rush and made us wait almost 40 minutes for 6 wings and some frys . Everyone was standing around and nobody offered a free drink or anything for the wait terrible customer service . Never coming here again
