I attempt entering a parking garage and there was no tickets coming out so I called for assistance by the time someone actually responded there was a line of cars behind me I told the attendant tickets were no coming out and she said you need to back up I cannot open the gate. I explained I could not do to cars being behind in which she stated well I cannot open the gate without a ticket again I reminded her the machine was not issuing tickets. She then stopped responding and I was stuck. I attempted to call again with no answer. The worst service ever. Even worse when I complained about the issue the manager Stephanie defended the poor customer service and absolutely horrible no wonder people do t go downtown.

Called the number listed to ask questions about parking... turns out this is the Security office. The woman who answered said the greeting, I asked my question, without putting me on hold, she answered another line. She can’t back to my line and asked how she could “help” again. I re-asked my question, then she transfers me to parking. They are equally as unhelpful/unfriendly. As a comparison, I accidentally called the City Scape parking right before and she was VERY nice.

Perfectly located if visiting the Municipal Court Building. Their rates were very reasonable. I paid $4.00 for two hours; in Philadelphia I would have easily paid $12 00. It's secure, and every time I've been there was plenty of parking.

There are two entrances to this garage, one on 4th Ave south of Washington and one on Jefferson to the west of 3rd Ave. I've never seen it full and it's better than trying to park on the street.
