The cost is very good at 1.00 for up to 6 hrs. The problem with the 3rd ave and 6th ave, both fill up fast and then you end up paying for valet, which is 4.00 for up to 6 hrs and 10.00 for anything over 6 hrs to up to 24 hrs. With tips it is pricey.

It's open to the public for a fee. If you have a appointment. You can get validation. If you are self paying they only accept credit cards. You pay at machine next to the elevator doors. I believe the cost is $1.50 for 6 hours.
Yes there is . its 1.00 for up to 6 hrs. If you have an appt at either Barrows or St. Josephs , you can have it valadated at your appt. and hand it in to the attendent when leaving the garage , then you pay nothing.The same applys to the 6th ave garage next to the hospital
