The staff is about as helpful as the automated recording when you try the 800 # and way more rude. They will talk in circles, repeating information that is readily available on the website. They were unable to provide answers to my questions and just kept repeating wrong information to me - there’s no way to get ahold of a real human on the 800 #… why lie to me and say there is? They couldnt walk me through how to do that because they know it’s not accurate info. I’ve already taken the steps they suggested and all they had to say was the same thing over and over again. Incredibly patronizing and useless.

The staff are rude and act like they are being bother by patrons. The staff are a disgrace, I mean fake it till you make don't let people know you're incompetent. Not to mention the system the State of AZ is using is so outdated and always has security breaches. Hello wake up people, we are getting on average 6,000 new recidents here in Arizona a month. When you know better, you should do better. Humbly submitted by a true Phoenician aka "A true Buckeye Roader"
