Google shouldn't allow reviews on prisons. The only thing more pathetic than going to prison is then giving the prison a bad review. The more bad reviews the better, prison isn't suppose to be pleasant.
First you need to find out which prison your loved one is at, you can always go to azcorrections.gov and go to the location map and hopefully that will help you if you need more help feel free to ask

I was on my boyfriend's phone call list and he left to come to court and was at court for a couple of months before he went back to prison when he got back to prison he could not call me and his numbers all didn't work why is that

No. Only if a verified family emergency, ie death. Tjey have to contact their CO III and fill out a form. CO III will verify death through ml mortuary.

No. Books have to come from approved 3rd party vendor. You can mail a birthday card but it will be opened and inspected before inmate receives it.

I think you meant jpay. Download JPay application from google playstore or internet. Then open JPay application, once downloaded, and set up account. It will tell you the rest. You need inmate name, birth date, doc number.

What prison is your son at? It depends on which one he's at an if they have email not all of them do. Your best bet is to look him up on the Arizona DOC website that will tell u where hes at then go to the jpay app an look up his facility it will tell u everything they have access to. Good luck
