Went to return shoes bought online. Had 5 pairs to return and could only return 4 of them because the sales associate said she couldn't find a record of the fifth pair. I insisted I ordered them all at the same time, on the same order. I will never return to this particular DSW ever again. I'll return them to another DSW or get a refund by phone. They no longer include a packing slip with online orders which puts customers in this predicament.

Always has a great variety of choices and sizes. Staff was helpful with sizes and matching pairs. Best place for shoe shopping as prices are also good.

I was able to in January at the ferry ridge location
I've never seen any there. There's an inexpensive place in Old Town Scottsdale near Indian School - first street east of Scottsdale Rd. Otherwise, I'd definitely go into/ try Cave Creek.
