While the maskless, cigarette- smoking, smug individual who helped me did give me useful information, this company charges a 300% markup on the supplies they sell to the public. I purcahsed a 24" fireplace stainless steel burner and was charged $150.00. When I checked Amazon and several other companies, the price was $51 to $72. Try another company; this place is a real price gouger. They're really taking advantage of the public...just so unnecessary!

I ordered my barbq grill in April. I was told it would be delivered end of May. There was no call, no apology or any communication as of June. I called and was told it was due to Covid delays. They stated they would call me June 26th. No call. I called again and the owner said he would call me July 5th. No call. I called July 13th, was told still waiting but would be in July 29th. We set up Delivery and a specific time so it can be installed in the island we bought from them. I had a barbq planned for my mother the very next day. They showed up over an hour late and when I told the owner I was NOT HAPPY about it as we had plans, he said he was doing me a favor! I hung up on him Because of his arrogant attitude. He proceeded to tell his guys to leave the barbq grill at my door and find someone else to install it. Very unprofessional. I called him and he told me too bad, not his problem. He has my money and now I’m stuck with a barbq that doesn’t even fit the island he sold me. He did it out of spite. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with a owner like that.

6 years ago I bought a BBQ Island at Extreme Backyard Designs and I was very Happy. After years my BBQ palapa looks terrible. I have to exchange it. Ones a years ago I been lacky to talk to someone and ask about any possibility to do it. Nobody ever call be back. I try a few more times and leave a message... But without luck... never any answer!!!! They really have to learn how to treat customers!!!!

Visited several stores, ended up finding this place online and saw they had great reviews. After coming into the showroom and having a salesman come out to scope our backyard, the wife and I ended up purchasing a BBQ island, appliances, fire table, furniture, and a spa from Extreme Backyard Designs. Turn around time was prompt and the sales/customer service was top notch. They answered every question I had and gave me the best prices as possible. Although I was a bit nervous on delivery day (I needed to have some items craned in) everything went smooth. My family loves our new outdoor additions and we couldn't be happier. I actually came back to purchase a Traeger and have been using it almost every weekend. I will definitely be sending any referrals here...thanks again James JR, Ed and the whole team at Extreme Backyard Designs
