I ordered a pizza today 6-19-2022 the online It supposed to have pepperoni on the whole thing half pork sausage with black olives and the other half was pepperoni mushrooms and jalapeños extra sauce on the thing. We were the first order. I called the store back and I told a female manager what happened she told she told I have to pay for the toppings she can't replace it because it was done online. If I was a manager I would replace it no matter what.. she told me since I ordered it online she can't replace it unless it's an employee took it wrong. Customer always right. It's make this a bad review that's how we feel. The female manager I did at my own risk she will not replace it. I never would treat a customer that. That's bad customer service

The APP was extremely frustrating to use. Pizza wouldve veen perfect if the onions were cooked all the way. Expected the driver to take it up to my door but figured he got his tip already so order left at the desk. Live the tracker and the deals are decent.

I ordered my pizza at 5pm. It's currently 8pm after a 25-35 estimated wait time. The "Out for delivery" marker on their tracker has been set since 6pm and am assuming its either on a multi stop run that spans 2 hours or I'm never getting the pizza. Nobody is answering their phones, and you get cut off after 10 minutes. UPDATE: Managed to get ahold of someone on the phone at about 9PM. Said the driver was minutes away. It's now 10pm. I've effectively been robbed of my money

Nothing against the workers. Ordered a pizza and after 3 hours after my confirmation text that the delivery is on the way, I have no desire to eat cold pizza for the delivery price. Tried to call twice to cancel but was told it should be on t the way both times. Now the phone just disconnects after 10 minutes, I guess I'm just out of my 30 bucks and hungry. Update: Was able to reach someone the next day to refund my order.
