They promise services but rarely follow through. Nurses will visit and recommend services. My Case Manager doesn't remember anything we've discussed, she gets me confused with her other clients, can't even remember my home. They deserted me in 2020-2021. I'm a DAP Senior and they have done 1 wellness check over an 18 month period. No one is in charge; if someone is, they obviously don't care about me.

The staff are polite and helpful. Getting my COVID shot here was painless and quick.

What would we do without these fine people? They've been a godsend for me these past 42 months.

What a disgusting waste of time this place is. Completely worthless. Called wanting to arrange a welfare check on a couple of very elderly individuals, who had not been seen in weeks. First coldly asked, ‘are they members?’. Stupid me, I thought this was a city agency. Told to go call the cops, nothing they could do. I called back hoping to get another person who could show some empathy and arrange a welfare check from a case worker, they wouldn’t lift a finger to help, again told me to call the police. I complained, he told me to stop arguing, took my number put me on hold forever. ..never heard from this “agency “ that’s supposed to help the elderly again. This is where are tax dollars and private donations go? For what?

No one can be put on the street without just cause specially the elderly and disabled. If such thing happen protective service report should be filed.

Central Boston is well known and well established. Not sure what all their services are. I would certainly recommend contacting them.
