I am a Realtor and my color laser printer is in use daily. I had a paper jam and couldn't clear it. I called this morning and Jack was out here early afternoon to take care of the problem. I thought it was a small thing - but he had to take my printer completely apart to fish out one small piece of paper. Great service - outstanding, knowledgeable technician and I would recommend Jack to anyone needing printer or copier repairs. The fact he came to my house for a reasonable fee just adds to my rave review!

I would highly recommend putting our $89 service call charge into purchasing a new printer. We could try to unclog nozzles but cannot guarantee a fix. Sincerely, Jon Walden - Owner
