Detours American West was GREAT from start to finish..booking was easy and informative… we took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and also booked a helicopter ride through them. Our tour guide ALDO- was fantastic. He was fun and knowledgeable. He made what could have been a very long day-very enjoyable-will never forget this trip!!!!!! Thanks…. Aldo!!!!

Thank you Tracy for the amazing and very friendly accommodations you provided to us during our day tour. Even many of us in the shuttle are completely strangers and doesn’t know each other (except my three friends who came with me) yet, at the beginning of the trip, we’re able to developed a friendly atmosphere as if all of us 11 plus you have known each other for so long. We all laughed, cracked joke, talked and took pictures of one another on the duration of our trip as if we’ve knew each other for so long. You’re very knowledgeable and valued our time from pick up to drop off to make sure we have the best trip experience. Thanks for a job very well done.
