Yes they do at several different hotels in the area. When you pick your tour, you'll get a drop down button for location pickup. Just scroll through until you find your hotel or pick other and they'll call to let you know the closest location they can get you. They picked me up from the Embassy Suites Scottsdale corner of Scottsdale & Chaparral. ☺
