Our stay was fine we checked in & the lady was real nice to get us checked in at 10/11pm with our senior discount as I’m traveling with my dad. Who’s room name it was under. As he’s sitting down in the lobby because he is disabled & can’t stand on his ankle for long periods of time. I come up with his form of identification & payment. She gave us a receipt to sign as I was going to sign it she called me out of line & told me I had to let him sign it as I walk away from the desk for 2 seconds she takes another customer before finishing with our transaction. So my dad got up & gave her the signed receipt in front of the person she’s helping. The lady at the front desk had terrible customer service as she said “wow & I gave you a senior discount!” For giving her, her singed receipt as she’s helping someone. But she wasn’t done helping us or showing us where our room was. But the guy she took in the middle of our transaction got all his questions answered.

3 of us women arrive around midnight due to a long day of traveling. There was no privacy when giving our room number - therefore every stranger knew everyone’s room. Upon entering our room we notified stains on the bed spread, but then when checking pillows and the mattress as usual we discovered there were bugs on our pillows. As soon as seeing this we went to check out and tell the front desk. The woman at the front desk apologized and gave me a full refund w/out hesitation- however did not appear shocked. Although she was kind I feel this wasn’t handled appropriately. I can’t upload a pic of the bugs but they appear to be bed bugs and Wendy wrote on my refund receipt “cancelled due to bed bugs. I’m so sorry. -Wendy”

The room was clean front desk was really nice. They do have breakfast and there is coffee and hot water available in evening. The down fall is the bed was not very comfortable and the walls are thin. We could hear people comming in and the traffic on the interstate.
