This truck stop doesn't care about truck drivers ☹️Husband & I stayed here all night .Went inside to get breakfast & coffee the next morning around 7:15 & there was no breakfast. We get hungry like everyone else . It's bad enough people treat truck drivers bad but to not have breakfast when we need breakfast to get our day going .Shame on you Pilot !

The staff know 4 of the 5 washers are broken but cannot put out of order signs So after wasting $3 I transferred my clothes to the last washer - oh yah after another $3 it is broken also as NO water gets near your clothes. So I call the 3rd party company CSC and yup they already know about all the machines. So yup dry soapy bed sheets for tonight! Great way yo treat us truckers...

Do not go here if you have a motorhome or travel trailer. People do not know how to park and the parking lot is a disaster. With no where to go, people park at the pumps to go to subway. The place is insane.

I would give zero stars if I could. Five bucks for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on french toast. Fine. Overpriced but it is 5 AM, I have been driving all night and I am hungry. Open the bun and there must be a mistake. There is a one inch square of egg. Literally a one inch by one inch square. So it's a bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich with a surprise bite of egg at some point in my dining experience. Awesome. Staff was rude as could be. Wouldn't even stop whatever side work they were trying to get caught up on. No returns but I can exchange it for some chicken wings or something else in the hot case. Don't stop here
