Very inexperienced sales people. I drove all the way from Albuquerque just to do business there instead of Albuquerque and they don't even know what I'm talking about. I would recommend not going to the store. I live out here in the East mountains and I prefer to do business out here. But if they don't know the difference between a straight shaft and electric motor don't waste your time. And the worst part about it didn't even seem to care when they found out they didn't have what I was looking for after I called in and asked.

For my small town Hardware store, they usually have what I need, staff is always readily available to offer any assistance, and today we asked for assistance for the first time ... It was a test considering we know the store pretty well... Good job guys and gals
