My last 2 primary care appointments were canceled without notice. I've been trying to reschedule for 2 months. No phone calls or messages are returned. A really poor standard of care at this new location.

The staff and Dr's here are amazing at what they are capable of doing. They are not to blame for phone system, vets who miss their appts, and people who simply fail to understand this center is not a full blown hospital. You will be referred for MRI, cardiologist, colonoscopy, etc... the available staff does what they can and Dr's deserve a day off too people. Reduced a star because they do lack follow up sometimes their fault sometimes mine. They change appointments with two + weeks notice that requires another few weeks wait. If the wait was an issue request to get seen by outside VA is simple. I also wish the staff had better training on privacy asking for my PII in an open waiting room and not checking ID's is not ok. Again likely a training issue that can be fixed.

No one responds or calls back. Have to talk to main hospital and hope to get a call from clinic just to set up appointment for months away that is needed now.

The staff is great, but tell me why there is only 1/7 doctors currently taking appointments right now, and I can’t even get a chance to schedule an MRI consultation with my physician because they’re gone along with 6 other doctors till June. I got discharged from Loma Linda ER yesterday and I’ve basically been told to kick dirt. YOU CANT EVEN CALL THE MURRIETA LOCATION how on gods earth does that make sense.
