I’ve been a patient for 4 months and couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve been to other clinics so I can tell you this one is in a class of it’s own from the staff to the level of care they’re committed to providing. I expected the day of my intake to be long but, unlike other clinics and even doctors offices in general, I didn’t wait more than 5 mins each time to see the clinic director, nurse, counselor and doctor. My only complaint would be directed towards the state or county procedures because every new person you talk to has to ask you the same 6,529 questions you just answered 20 mins earlier. So be prepared to answer their Q & A not once but like 5 times until the state & county can figure out how to copy and paste or create 1 file, LOL but I’m sure it’s time consuming for the clinic staff as well. Everyone working in that office is so kind, polite, very professional and I’ve never felt they were being judgmental of me. As a patient at other clinics, I just went through the motions but didn’t benefit from anything beyond the medication. This time though after leaving my intake I thought to myself, I have a counselor that genuinely wants to get to know me not just log the required time, nurses that take the time to make sure you’re doing good and not having any problems with your dose and you feel like the staff genuinely wants to see you succeed. I kinda look forward to coming daily and the best part is most days I’m in and out in under 5 mins! Reviews that claim this clinic is strict must not understand why they hold you accountable for dirty UA’s or skipping days, etc... the clinic answers to several government entities and have very strict rules to follow themselves. It’s also implied when you seek treatment that you actually want to treat the behaviors that brought you there not just fill in the gap until you can hit the street. They’ll follow through with their end by holding you accountable if necessary but by staying clean you can also earn take homes so it’s a fair process when you play by the rules. I’m super happy with this clinic and lucky to actually live nearby!

Don’t not go here, they violate HIPAA (I’m currently in a court case about them sharing my information with some other patients), they will lie directly to your face about fees and charges, the head nurse called me from a private number to plead her case about her HIPAA violation, and all they care about is the money, IT NOT ABOUT HARM REDUCTION, do not go here, I promise you you will have an issue or be lied too.

The counselors and nurse really care about you. No matter how bad shape you think you are in, they never judge you and always have a caring demeanor. Great place to get your life together.

Terribly uncomfortable waiting area and often long long waits to get treated. Hours are absurd and there are few counselors for an ever growing patient list. The staff are great but can only do so much to make sense of crazy regulations.

Yes it works and yes call iehp for rides
You can still get the lyft but you have to be disabled or have doctors approved that you cant use the bus people abused the free rides so they started sending bus passes
That got ruined due to people abusing the system like getting rides from Lyft and going to fake appointments to do laundry or shopping or to get drugs, talking experience as a Lyft driver...
To receive care at our Comprehensive Treatment Center, patients must be age 18 or older, have been dependent on opioids for at least one year, and have gone at least 20 hours since last using opioids or be in a current state of withdrawal. From there, prospective patients can schedule an intake appointment, which consists of participating in a full assessment, completing intake paperwork, and beginning medication.
