I don't have enough words to describe how happy I am to have found this place. I have taken my teenage daughter on 2 different occasions (with Mary Gausepohl PA-C and Madison Holtz PÁ-C) and both visits have been very pleasant. The nurses and doctors have been more than kind, respectful and patient with her. The place is perfectly clean and you can see the doctor almost immediately. Thanks to everyone who works hard here, in addition to their knowledge, they also work with their hearts. ❤️

This is just for how they do things. Everything is online and outsourced. I made an appointment for a physical. They check my blood pressure and my weight and then gave me referrals to come back for an ultrasound which I had to schedule off work and take a sick day just for it to be canceled. Then had to go to another building to get my blood taken which makes zero sense to me it was so hot I was sweating in that office the temperature gauge said it was 80° inside. They sent me my results on some app for my blood work so I either have cancer a fungal disease or something else so that’s been fun stressing out about all weekend because my mom has stage four cancer so is my grandma right now. I might be diabetic and have liver damage. But once again this is all stuff that I’m just looking up for my blood results because they send them to you before they call to go over them with you. Why? I have never heard of this before in my life. And now boo e is answering the phone when I call. I’m very upset with all this.

Hands down the best Family Care. PA Mary is amazing. I always try to see her. I have seen the other providers and they all are amazing. Dr Lilly is as well. The staff is always kind and go beyond to help with any problems.

This was the absolute fastest urgent care trip I have ever had. The office is clean and comfortable I was able to stretch out my injured leg in the waiting room. The Providers and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I called my insurance while I was there and switched my primary care to Grace family health because I enjoyed my experience so much at Murrieta Express Care Urgent Care!
